How it works
Import runs as an asynchronous job: a provider-specific discovery scan enumerates live resources, a diff compares them against your intended blueprint, a fidelity gate checks the mapping is accurate enough to trust, and only then does the bulk import produce an HCL preview for your review.
If the fidelity gate can't confirm the mapping is accurate, the import doesn't proceed on a best-effort guess — it stops and reports which resources it couldn't map confidently.
