How it works
Notification rules subscribe to specific event types — a run finishing, a policy violation, a drift detection, a budget alert — and route them to Slack, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, or email through per-tenant channel configuration, independent of who happens to be watching the dashboard.
Routing is per-tenant, not per-user watching a dashboard — a budget alert or policy violation reaches Slack, Teams, PagerDuty, or email even if nobody happens to have the environment open at the time.
